RT3 Tampere has arranged a room quota from Sokos Hotel Ilves, right in the heart of our city. ​Hotel Ilves will be our main meeting point during the Worldmeeting. 

The quota is open between Tuesday 9th to Sunday 14th, so feel free to arrive early!

Please note that a limited number of special rate rooms are available.

Reservation confirmation:
The reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking or paid in advance. Kindly note that credit card details must not be sent by email. The last day to cancel the reservation without charge is 7 days before the arrival date.

Payment:
Each guest is responsible for their own accommodation costs.
